Noovez Terms and Conditions

Noovez ("we" and "us") operates the website https://noovez.com ("Website"). By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure both parties are informed, aligned, and have clear expectations regarding our services.


1. RETURNS

In personal health and rehabilitation, product effectiveness can vary between individuals. While some may find our products highly beneficial, others may not achieve the same results.

To maximize the likelihood of a positive outcome, we strongly recommend consulting your Healthcare Provider (HCP) before purchasing medical equipment or supplies.

We cannot guarantee that any product will resolve your condition or alleviate symptoms. However, all Noovez products are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty for defects.

Our return policy is valid for 14 days from the delivery date. If more than 14 days have passed, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Conditions for Returns:

  • All returns must be in like-new condition, including original packaging, instructions, and accessories, exactly as delivered.
  • Returns with damaged packaging, adhesive tapes/labels, stains, pet hair, folded cards, broken seals, missing parts, or signs of use will not be accepted.
  • All returned items undergo a third-party verification process.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if the condition of the item is deemed unacceptable.

Hygiene and Safety Restrictions:
For health and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once used or tried. This protects both our customers and employees.

Non-refundable items include (but are not limited to):

  • Personal Medical Products
  • Compression Garments
  • Cervical and Lumbar Traction Devices, Braces, Collars & Accessories (Conditions Apply)
  • Facial Massage Devices
  • TENS/NMES Units
  • Pillows & Cushions
  • Beauty and Personal Care Devices
  • Cupping/Moxa Devices (FITDASH / ACHEFLY)
  • Cold Laser Therapy Devices
  • Nebulizers

These items are eligible for Warranty Replacement or Store Credit at 20% off the original value ONLY. Additional exclusions may apply.

Defective Products:
Claims for defective products must be submitted to Noovez within 72 hours of delivery via email at contact@noovez.com.

To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not return items directly to the manufacturer. Prior notification is mandatory—email us at contact@noovez.com before returning any product.


2. REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return through our third-party process, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • Postage for lost, unclaimed, refused, or undelivered packages is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for following up with the carrier for undelivered or unclaimed packages.
  • Refunds may be denied for returns resulting from unpaid import taxes or refused deliveries.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If covered by us initially, they will be deducted from the refund.
  • All returns are subject to a 25% restocking/disposal fee (Conditions Apply).

Exchanges: Restocking fees are waived for exchanges of equal or similar value, provided the product is in brand-new and unused condition.


3. DELIVERY CLAIMS

For non-delivery or tracking discrepancies, please allow 3-5 business days for potential delivery delays. If not received after 5 days, contact the carrier to file a claim.

Noovez is not liable for stolen, lost, or misplaced packages marked as delivered. We are not obligated to refund or credit such packages. However, we are happy to assist in finding the best solution to ensure successful delivery.


4. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Recheck your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider or bank, as refunds may take time to post.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at contact@noovez.com for assistance.

5. SALE ITEMS

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items discounted 40% or more are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.


6. EXCHANGES

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For exchanges, email us at contact@noovez.com.


7. ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement if there’s a change of mind. After 4 hours, cancellations are not possible as the order will already be in the dispatch process.
